Refund and Returns Policy

At Play Luxury, we aim to deliver premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@play-luxury.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@play-luxury.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@play-luxury.com with photo proof.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over 500 EGP, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used or opened.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional products.
